Turning Winds Employment in Montana

Turning Winds is a niche workplace environment located in Yaak, Montana where we are looking for that one-of-a-kind person to join our team. We trade the “hustle and bustle” lifestyle for one that is more laid back and scenic. We enjoy being outdoors as that is how we balance our existence. Our time is more intentional and the work that we engage in is our calling. We don’t just show up to work to earn a paycheck, rather we give life, purpose, and hope to teenagers who are struggling with mental health and substance abuse. We see the “amazing” in every teen that we encounter. This work awakens and renews the very fiber of life that resonates within each one of us. We are the Turning Winds Family and together we conquer the giants of life by restoring hope in the teenagers that we work with.

While most of our team members come from neighboring communities such as Libby, Montana, Troy, Montana, Bonners Ferry, Idaho, and Sandpoint, Idaho, we also recruit for employment across the United States. We encourage anyone who is ready to join our team in Montana to Apply Now.
