Resident Advisor – Night

 The primary responsibility of the Night Shift Resident Advisor (RA) is to provide safety and ensure the wellbeing of the patients during sleeping hours. The Resident Advisor provides mentoring and coaching to the clients at Turning Winds as needed. This position ensures client safety through wellness checks and accountability around the clock.
