Supports a diverse culture of educational needs and facilitates a positive learning environment. Performs the duties of a classroom instructor and is responsible for the development of student academic growth toward specific IEP goals. Responsible for supervision, instruction, remediation, developing individual student plans, communicating student progress, attending faculty meetings, parent/teacher conferences, etc.
