Nurse

The Registered Nurse ensures that the medical needs of each patient are being attended to while promoting a positive environment for care.  In addition, the RN is responsible for assessing and providing care in an inpatient environment for individuals with Mental Health challenges with or without co-occurring substance use disorders. The RN collaborates with the Medical Director, clinical staff, and other team members to ensure the nursing components of the organization are appropriately supported.

Resident Advisor – Day

Perhaps more so than any other position, your role is critical to ensuring that each patient has a positive experience at Turning Winds. The Resident Advisor spends the most time with each patient from day to day. The Resident Advisor provides mentoring and coaching to the patients/students at Turning Winds.
