Resident Advisor – Day

Perhaps more so than any other position, your role is critical to ensuring that each patient has a positive experience at Turning Winds. The Resident Advisor spends the most time with each patient from day to day. The Resident Advisor provides mentoring and coaching to the patients/students at Turning Winds. This position ensures client safety through all activities and provides the necessary support in adhering to the treatment routine. The Resident Advisor collaborates with the Turning Winds team to convey real-time information that would assist with the treatment process.
