While doing this, struggling teenage boys and girls learn to take accountability for their actions, gain insight into their past behaviors and why they were unhealthy, learn decision-making skills that help them set and achieve goals, and realize the importance of recognizing their personal successes.

Regular family therapy is also an important component of our therapeutic services, particularly for teenage boys and girls fighting depression. Adolescents learn to appreciate themselves as a person, explore their external and internal personal resources, as well as how to apply them to different areas of their lives where they may be at-risk, and gain a better awareness of their identity.
