Our specialty co-ed boarding school for teenage boys and girls 12-18 years of age provides a unique and safe environment for teens who are struggling and need a change in environment to start making better decisions. Admissions Process

Once all qualifying criteria have been met, the admissions process at our boarding schools for teens may go as fast as the parents or guardians would like. The enrollment steps are as follows:

  1. Call or email one of our admissions counselors.
  2. Once the initial call is made and the perspective teen has been pre-qualified for enrollment we will send by fax or email our enrollment application.
  3. Once the application is received and filled out please fax it back to us at 208-267-1600.
  4. After we receive the application an acceptance call will come no longer than one business day from the time we receive the application, usually the call will come within a few hours of our receipt of the application. Once the application is received your child's place will be held until the arrangements are made for enrollment.
  5. Set an date to bring your son or daughter, or make arrangements to have them transported to our school.
  6. Parents are welcome to come out and meet us and tour our program before enrolling their child.

Tuition and Fees

Tuition at Turning Winds Academic Institute is approximately $195 per day, but can be as low as $161 per day. (Tuition prices may change without notice).

Scholarships are available. For qualifying families we can offer up to $1000/month in scholarships. Please contact our admissions office for more information regarding our current scholarships.

Financing Options

Loans are available from banking institutions that specialize in educational loans. The application takes about 15 minutes to fill out and within 24 hours will hear back for approval.
